Shipping Returns Cancellation
We provide free ground shipping within the lower 48 contiguous United States on all orders and will ship your order using the most efficient and reliable method available.
All products are readily available to ship from our warehouse in the US. Orders will ship within 48 hours from the time the order was received.
Please note that orders placed after 3:00 pm CST may not be received until the following business day.
When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment.
Standard transit times within the US can vary from a day to a week depending on the destination and weather conditions.
When you purchase items from Outdoor Casual, we want your outdoor space to make you feel as happy as a blue sky, 75-degree kind of day…in other words, Perfect!
We understand, however, that sometimes the universe has different plans. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your Outdoor Casual purchase, simply contact us within 10 days of delivery. Our Customer Care Team will be happy to help you select the best option for your space.
Given the nature and scale of the product, all returns and exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping fees may also apply.
When making returns, we require that all returned products be in their original packaging, unassembled and in resalable condition upon return.
Please also make sure each product is carefully packed and properly sealed as we are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged. If any product is not returned in resalable condition, an adjustment to your refund may be necessary.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the unlikely event your Outdoor Casual order arrives to you in less than perfect condition, please let us know.
Upon delivery, please make sure that you inspect the carton(s) for any damage at that time. If the shipment appears to be damaged, or if there is any reason you are concerned with the packaging, please note this clearly and contact our Customer Care team within 3 business days of delivery with details and photos of the damage.
We will arrange replacement parts or, in necessary cases, a complete replacement while covering all outgoing and return shipping costs. No re-stocking fees or return shipping charges will apply. You must contact us within 3 business days of delivery to report a claim. Any failure to report claims in a timely manner may not be covered by Outdoor Casual. Please contact our Customer Care Team with any questions.
The quickest and easiest way to process the return or replacement parts is by emailing our Customer Care Team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If only a part of the product needs to be replaced, we will typically request that you recycle the damaged or defective piece. For full product replacements, we may issue a shipping carrier call tag to bring the merchandise back to our facility.
If you would like to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible. You will receive a refund if your order is cancelled before it leaves our warehouse. Shipping fees are non-refundable if your order is cancelled after it has shipped from our facility.
